Selection Criteria Determined by Chinese Enterprises：

• 30% Official judgment data (all from cases where Chinese defendants won or reached a settlement)

• 50% Anonymous scoring by in-house legal counsel of Chinese enterprises (over 30 leading overseas-going enterprises have been invited)

• 20% International jury, including former ITC judges, WIPO arbitration experts, and the head of litigation for a major corporation in the U.S. region

Participation Channels：

• In-house legal counsel of enterprises: Before November 30, 2025, in-house legal counsel can nominate U.S. lawyers/law firms they have collaborated with (nominators may serve as alternate experts in the Enterprise Expert Review Committee)

• Lawyers/law firms: Click "Read the Original Article" to download the application form, fill it out, and submit the application.

Result Announcement：

In December 2025, the selection results for the SEP-10 and ITC-10 tracks will be released first, directly identifying the list of external lawyers for next year's 337 investigations! Results for the other two tracks will be announced sequentially in 2026, so stay tuned.

About IPR Daily's TOP IPR Global List

The "TOP IPR Global List" launched by IPR Daily is a pioneering initiative where a Chinese intellectual property industry media and an international intellectual property research institution jointly conduct an objective evaluation of overseas lawyers and law firms based on unified and transparent standards. This enables enterprises to identify reliable partners who understand Chinese, time differences, and budget constraints in shortest time.

At the same time, it allows outstanding intellectual property lawyers worldwide to enter the vision of Chinese clients directly through their solid performance, shortening the trust gap and reducing transaction costs. As the first cross-border intellectual property talent list led by IPR Daily, a Chinese international intellectual property research institution, the TOP IPR Global List makes "Chinese choices" a new benchmark for global intellectual property cooperation. It helps the world hear Chinese standards and enables Chinese enterprises to see global talents.
