The 8th Meeting of China–ASEAN Heads of IP Offices held in Suzhou

On September 18, the 8th Meeting of China – ASEAN Heads of IP Offices was held in Suzhou. Governor of Jiansu province Wu Zhenglong met the heads of IP Offices from 10 ASEAN countries and delivered a remark at the opening ceremony. SIPO Commissioner Shen Changyu attended and addressed at the opening ceremony as well.

This meeting was held outside Beijing for the first time, which demonstrated the high affirmation given by SIPO to the IP work in Jiangsu province. The latest achievements made by Jiangsu in the IP field were displayed to the ASEAN countries. Also, this meeting also provided a new platform for Jiangsu and ASEAN countries to intensify communication and cooperation.
