19 Offices Pursuing PPH Adopted Common PPH Application Form

The State Intellectual Property Office and intellectual property offices engaged in PPH have finished the “Common PPH Application Form” for the benefit of applicants in submitting PPH applications. Based on the project, offices jointly designed one unified template for PPH application form for their reference.

As of June 30, 2017, the form template had been adopted by 19 intellectual property offices of China, EU, Spain, Japan and Egypt and other countries or regions.

Up to now, the PPH application forms submitted by applicants to the above-mentioned countries or regions’ related offices share similar patterns and table items despite different languages. Thus, it has become more convenient for applicants to fill in the form and prepare materials.
